Peelham Farm Pasture for Life Beef Boerewors Sausages (Gluten Free) - 300G
These delicious organic Boerewors are made from their Pasture-for-Life (never grain-fed) Aberdeen Angus cattle.
They add a little extra beef fat to make them particularly good on a BBQ (or a Braaivleis !) and are free from grain, gluten, dairy, nitrites, nitrates, sulphites, flavour enhancers, sugar, colourants and nuts.
The recipe includes garlic and they use a natural slender lamb sausage-casing. They make them in a traditional continuous sausage-link (all 300g !)
Their sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!
They do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making their sausages by hand and with natural casings, they hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
