Seriously Delicious!

Love this plant based cheese! It's the perfect balance of slightly soft so it's easy to spread on crackers but firm enough to slice too ... and with a nice 'aged cheese' taste if you eat the rind and milder tasting if you just scoop out the middle. Love the plain version too, but for me the sage version has the edge. Would be a lovely addition to any cheese board. Will definitely buy this one regularly.
