Soursop, also known as Graviola, Guanabana or Brazilian Paw Paw, is the fruit of the Annona muricata evergreen tree.
Native to tropical areas of Central and South America, it serves as a dietary supplement used to help with many health issues.
Soursop is hailed as a wonder herb. Its popularity as a natural medicine for a range of (serious) health issues is gaining ground.
According to a 2014 study, Soursop Extract boosts numerous compounds with antioxidant abilities.
But this pure herbal goodness has much more to offer. Rich in electrolytes and it contains more potassium than a large bowl of spinach.
