Celeriac - Each (Org)

I made a lovely Celeriac soup - one of the best soups I have ever made!
Gorgeous flavour - quite subtle, yet distinctive. I added leek, garlic,
carrot, celery leaves and a veggie stock, potato and some oat milk to
make it extra creamy. I shall be making it again soon - it was also
very filling (though it doesn't hurt to have a nice chunk of bread to
go with it)
