The secret ingredient for meatballs, mix equal amounts of pork mince and beef mince together with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, and dried oregano and an egg to bind it. Mix with your hands and then roll into small bite sized balls. Leave to cool and then drop gently into a sweet tomato sauce to cook for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with tagliatelle, and more grated parmesan. This is Saturday night family dinner

Pork has gone way up in my estimation !!

Have been inventing my own flavours of burgers with this truly delicious pork mince ! There’s definitely not a lot of fat in it and when cooked it’s soft to the bite and flavoursome ! Added all sorts , chorizo, onion , garlic , smoked paprika, chilli, tomato purée , basil, bacon as some examples …so many variations !
