In short, he recommends mixing one full bottle of Double Helix Water into a gallon of distilled, purified, or reverse-osmosis water and drinking a 4oz glass of water every hour.  Repeat this process with another gallon of water.  This will retrain your body to know when it needs water.

Thereafter, he recommends a basic dosage of 3 drops of the Double Helix Water mixed into an 8oz glass of distilled water or the cleanest water you can find, twice a day.  This gives you a little over a month's supply with one bottle of Double Helix Water.
