Peelham’s organic beef burgers are made with organic mince from the farm’s herd of Pasture-for-Life Aberdeen Angus cattle, salt and pepper – and that’s it ! Plain and Simple.  Our butchers select a balance of fat and lean from beef trim and beef flank giving a 10-15% fat content giving them both texture and flavour.

As with all of our sausages and burgers they are truly free-from gluten, dairy, sulphites, nitrites, nitrates, sugar, nuts  ie NO no artifical additives what so ever ….
