Peelham Farm Frozen Organic Lamb/Mutton Merguez Sausages (Gluten Free) - 300G (Org)
They use an original north African recipe to make their organic Merguez sausages, giving them the traditional flavour many know and love. Spices such as cumin, paprika and coriander, help to give these sausages an irresistible taste that goes well with any side-dish. They recommend preparing your organic Merguez sausages with hummus, or couscous, yoghurt, mint and cucumber.
Weight: 5-6 Sausages in a 300g pack.
***Depending on the season, they will use mutton instead of lamb, which will add to the depth of flavour.
Their sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!
They do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making their sausages by hand and with natural casings, they hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse.
