Upcoming Events

Two events left in 2026. Two more already open for 2027.

Both events left this year are retreats. Barbara O’Neill brings her Misty Mountain format to the UK for five days of detox and teaching. Dr Sarah Myhill opens up the retreat she runs from home, with four guest speakers alongside her. Be in the room, or watch live from anywhere. Every session recorded and yours to keep.

Still to come in 2026

Our first two retreat-style events. Five days with Barbara, four with Dr Myhill. Long enough to settle into the way each of them teaches and take the habit home with you.

A Taste of Misty Mountain

Keynote – Barbara O’Neill

For years, the only way to do a Barbara O’Neill retreat was to get on a plane to Australia. This is that retreat, in the UK, and it is a rare one.

Five days living it rather than reading about it. The detox, the food, the water therapies, the daily rhythm that makes the whole thing work. Clear language, no jargon, everything written down so you can take it home and keep going on your own. Small enough that the room is in conversation with Barbara, not just listening to her.

Myhill Workshop Weekend PLUS

Keynote – Dr Sarah Myhill + four guest speakers

Dr Myhill has run these retreats from her own home for years, to small groups who knew to ask. This is that retreat, opened up.

Four days on chronic fatigue, the PK diet and mitochondrial health, the work she has been quietly leading on for thirty years. Four guest speakers alongside her on connected ground. You get her thinking, in the room, and the chance to put your own question to her.

An Audience with Barbara O’Neill

Barbara O’Neill + special guests

Barbara O’Neill and special guests, together for five days. Time with Barbara herself: her teaching, her answers, the questions you have wanted to ask in person. Warm, direct, and the kind of few days you carry with you long afterwards.

Two ways to take part

In person, in Cheshire.

The venue is De Vere Cranage Estate. A great venue and a great team. Good food, comfortable spaces to meet, connect and talk between sessions, and the kind of staff that make the difference between a day out and a weekend you remember. For those staying over, the hotel has a pool, sauna, steam room and gym included with the room.

Virtual, from anywhere.

Live stream of every talk. Q&A access while it is happening. Lifetime recordings included. The same teaching, no travel, on your own schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Can I attend more than one event?

Yes. Each event is independently bookable. Plenty of people combine two. Barbara in October and Dr Myhill in November is a common pair, with the gap used as a short break in Cheshire.

Are recordings included?

Yes. Each event page lists exactly what is included. Recordings, lifetime access, virtual passes. Click through to the event for the detail.

Can I bring a partner who isn’t attending?

Yes. The venue does double rooms at not much more than the single rate. A non-attending partner can come along, use the spa, eat in the restaurant, and meet you for dinner each evening. The event page for each one has the room options.

Where do I stay?

On-site is the recommendation. Staying at the venue keeps you in the good energy bubble of the event for the whole trip, not just the sessions. The per-event page shows current room availability and rates, with off-peak rates for the January event (Healing Connections). If you live close enough to drive, there is free parking on-site. And if you would rather find your own bed, Airbnb and local hotels are options too.

What’s the refund policy?

Set per event. Listed on each event’s booking page. Click through to the event for the current terms.
