Description

Pale salmon pink in colour with intense aromas of redcurrant and raspberry, alongside stone fruits such as peach and white flowers. Fresh on the palate, with apricot and peach stone fruits, white flowers and citrus notes of pink grapefruit.

Viticulture

From organically grown Tempranillo grapes.

Vinification

The must from organically grown grapes is clarified before fermentation to reduce colour extraction. It is then fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast and left to rest on its lees, before it is finally clarified with vegetable protein making the wine suitable for vegans.

Food Pairing

Ideal to be enjoyed alone, with any appetizer or with any type of Mediterranean recipe. Perfect with all types of rice, pasta, seafood, white meats and fish.
