Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented whole soya beans.  Biona  plain tempeh has no other added ingredients and is perfect for marinating and using in place of meat. Use in a wide range of dishes such as; stir fries, salads and ramen.

Tempeh contains all the essential amino acids, therefore it is an excellent source of protein and fibre, a nutritious addition to any meal.

Best Tempeh

This is the only tempeh I buy as it tastes great and most importantly comes in safe non-toxic glass packaging.

Like this product. I use it in my veg stir fry's. Good for 3-4 portions. 5 mins in the pan with coconut oil. Like that it comes in a glass jar, a good size for growing microgreens and storing teas
