This fresh and fruity apple cider vinegar is made in Italy by our artisan producer using cold pressed apple juice. Naturally fermented, unpasteurised and unfiltered, it contains the “Mother” culture which creates a cloudy appearance and sediment. 

Perfect for dressings and sauces or take 2 tablespoons with water as a wholesome daily tonic.

A bloke I know and whose opinion I value told me that I should take a smidgeon every day, so I do. No idea if it’s doing me any good, but I’ve been taking it for quite a while and it’s not doing me any harm either ..as far as I can tell (howls at moon).
