Description
This comes from the UK’s very first organic distillery, offering an organic Gin with all the rich juniper flavour you love. With a hint of coriander to bring out the heavier Gin notes, this Welsh Gin is a delight for your palate. Savour it to detect the fragrances of chamomile, gorse, and clover (red and white), with a peppermint aftertaste to cool off the Gin’s heat. The floral palate blends beautifully with the bitter freshness of the cloves and dandelion, making this one awesome small-batch Gin!
About the Estate
Dà Mhìle, pronounced da-vee-lay and meaning Gaelic for two thousand, began life in 1992 when John Savage-Onstwedder commissioned the world's first organic whisky (of the modern era at least) to be made to celebrate the millenium in 2000. The whisky is still being produced (but the original bottles from 1992 are now highly sought after), but they have have also expanded into gin and liqueurs, produced using their own copper pot still in Wales.
