This highly nutritional grain is interesting in that it contains all 22 essential amino acids required for full bodily health.Wash grain before use. Use 1 part:3 parts water. A healthy tasty alternative to any rice dish. Can also be sprouted, although viability varies.

Flimsy packaging

Quinoa tastes good but the packaging material isn't good. One bag was leaking when it arrived and the others look very fragile on the top seam.
