When you consider the job that the liver does in the body of the organic beef animal, going organic for your organ meat makes sense. Clean, dark and 100% pasture fed with NO grain in its diet the organic beef liver is dark and clean tasting. Soak the slices in milk for 10 minutes before cooking, reduces the metallic taste, then pan fry for about a minute each side and leave to rest. Liver is best cooked quickly as if overcooked it becomes tough.
