People talk about great steak, it’s a conversation starter. Our organic pedigree Aberdeen Angus 100% pasture fed sirloin beef steak does just that. It’s a long even muscle that runs along the back of the carcase. Even taste, great open texture with a little bite but tender enough to cook very rare, its outer layer of fat basting the meat as you go. Get your pan nice and hot, rub some rapeseed oil along the face of each side of the steak and cook for 2 mins per side, the rest rest rest off the heat but in the pan. That’ll do for medium rare.
