MooGoo Lipbalm - 5G

There's lots of things you won't find in these lip balms (or any of our other products) because they were all formulated for family members and close friends. This includes Paraffin and Mineral Oil which derive from petroleum, but are commonly found in most commercial lip products. We don’t think putting the stuff that goes into our cars on our lips is the healthiest thing we can do, especially when everything on the lips eventually gets eaten.

We also don’t use any synthetic preservatives such as Parabens and Phenoxyethanol, although they're pretty common too, including with a few brands that claim to be natural (you know who you are!). We avoid a lot of other things too, way too many to list here.

NATURAL SPF15

Like all our Lip Balms, we made our SPF 15 Balm to be edible as well as moisturising and conditioning for the skin. We all want soft and healthy lips without having to eat petroleum jelly or UV Filters. We use Zinc Oxide for natural, physical sun protection, along with some natural moisturising oils to make this one of the most natural SPF lip balms ever. So go and enjoy the sun.

NATURAL COCONUT 

Go coconut crazy with our NEW Coconut Lip Balm. This cool, creamy concoction will take you back to the warm days of summer or dreaming about the Pina Coladas on your last beach holiday, sipping 'til you could sip no more (seems like a lifetime ago...sigh).

We know you like vanilla cookies (we definitely do) so to contribute to our obsession without the added calories we've created this delicious Lip Balm. You can apply it as many times as you want and stay guilt-free.

COW LICK

Looking for a safe lip moisturiser without the chemicals? Then this is perfect for you. Made using Coconut, Apricot, Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oil to hydrate and nourish your lips. Allantoin helps the repair of minor cuts and we’ve also included some Mandarin Orange Peel Oil as it works to encourage repair and keep your lips in a healthy state...and it just tastes nice.

TINGLING HONEY

This lip balm is made to speed the repair of dry and chapped lips. Menthol is well-known for its sterilizing effect so this helps prevent infection. Like many of our products, it also has Allantoin which is a repair superstar. Combined with Honey, which is also known for skin repair, this balm has already performed minor miracles on lips. This one has a "lemony tingle" upon application.

STRAWBERRY TINTED

Beetle-free and totally edible. When we were looking at how to add a subtle and natural colour to our lip balm, we found that most other brands used “Cochineal” as their natural red colouring. This can also be called “Carmine”, “Natural Colours” or “Natural Red Number 4”. This is made by boiling Cochineal insects in water and extracting the red dye from the insects as it breaks down. Although there is nothing wrong with this (except if you are a Cochineal beetle), it made us feel a bit funny about having bug residue on our lips, and so we looked for something nicer.
