Napiers Wild Yam Body Oil - 50ML

A skin cream specifically designed for perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal women who want the additional support of herbs for balance and well being. Menopause is not a medical condition, but a natural phase in a woman's life and herbs have been used for centuries to support them.

Customers tell us that this also makes an exceptionally good face cream for very thin, dry, mature skin too!

We use a high strength Napiers fluid extract of Wild Yam which contains diosgenin to make our cream. We also add marigold, vitamin E and use a small amount of colloidal silver as our natural preservative.

Contains the herbs Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa) and Marigold (Calendula officinalis).

For Discomfort During Menstruation:

1. Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night from Day 12 through 20.
2. Progress to double this amount and take both morning and night from Day 21 to 28.

For Menopausal Symptoms:

For those still experiencing menstrual cycles

1. Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night starting from Day 7.
2. Proceed with the same increment in dosage as outlined above, establishing a new cycle if required.
3. Over time increase to three times per day as required.

NB: The first day of your period is Day 1.

For those not experiencing menstrual cycles

1. Start with a pea-sized amount, applying both morning and night.
2. Over time increase to three times per day as required.

When applying, alternate between inner thigh & upper arm areas where cream is easily absorbed.
