Brisket is a rectangular shaped muscle from the bottom of the shoulder on the Aberdeeen Angus beef animal. It works hard as the animal grazes around and so needs long slow cooking. Its got bags of flavour and plenty of fat around it and running through it for great flavour. It’s a really versatile cut and can be a pot roast, a neatly portioned braising dish, slow cooked and shredded as pulled beef over salads and rolls.

Fantastic, well priced & succulent. Just stick it in the oven or crock pot & get on with your day, while it gently cooks, filling the kitchen with mouth watering scents of promise.. Tender and richly flavoursome!
