People talk about great steak, it’s a conversation starter. Our organic pedigree Aberdeen Angus 100% pasture fed sirloin beef steak does just that. It’s a long even muscle that runs along the back of the carcase. Even taste, great open texture with a little bite but tender enough to cook very rare, its outer layer of fat basting the meat as you go. Get your pan nice and hot, rub some rapeseed oil along the face of each side of the steak and cook for 2 mins per side, the rest rest rest off the heat but in the pan. That’ll do for medium rare.

Well a tad more expensive but worth EVERY penny, you can certainly tell the difference, kinda annoys you that youve wasted money in the supermarket on crap in the past, i will never go back, size, taste even the packaging is a step up in class 100 stars from me
