So good for you!!

Makes wonderful stock for soup … just tip the carcasses into your slow cooker overnight with water, a few vegetables, a dash of organic apple cider vinegar, S&P, some bay leaves. Then strain in the morning…delicious stock for soup/sauces.

I love these carcasses for our weekly bone broth. Lots of meat on them too, makes a nice snack when it's all ready 😁
