Made with the fattier parts of the pork carcase, we use 95% meat mixed with a small amount of spices. We keep them gluten free, our boys said they tasted better that way. Who?s to argue with a 13 year old boy about the taste of sausages. They are the experts after all

Tasty but fatty

Lovely flavour, tender and nice coarse texture of the meat. But very fatty. Do expect a reasonable amount of fat in sausages, but in this case the amount of fat left in oven dish was more than anything I've had before.
