Peelham’s Organic Beef Kofta Burger from its Pasture-for-Life, Grass-for-life Aberdeen Angus Beef has the exotic middle-eastern spices of cumin and coriander. Easy, convenient, nutritious, delicious and fun … especially on a BBQ !

Their sausages and burgers are freshly made to order each week, using the freshest of the ingredients!

They do not use pre-mixes for our recipes. Each batch is carefully made to recipe, using organic ingredients. After traditionally making their sausages by hand and with natural casings, they hang them to ‘condition’ for 12 hours at 2deg C, during which the sausage mix settles in the casings, excess moisture evaporates, and herbs and spices infuse. 

FREE-FROM: Gluten, Sugar, Nuts, Eggs, Dairy, Sulphites, Nitrates and Nitrites 

Shelf-life & Storage: Minimum shelf-life 7 days. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days and by ‘use by date’ shown. Suitable for home freezing.
