The stainless steel tri-ply chef pan, with side handles is truly versatile, as it combines the functionality of a frying pan or wok and the capacity of a saucepan.

The wide mouth is great for reducing or thickening sauces, and the high sides can accommodate large amount of food. The pans sloped sides and curved base of the pan allow for spoons, spatulas or whisks to reach the entire base when making dishes that need whipping or stirring.

Chef Pans are ideal for sauteing, searing and making delicious sauces, as well as frying or stir-frying.

Design

Constructed utilising a 3-ply design, this cookware provides an optimal cooking experience that is both durable and beautiful. The three layer construction features an aluminum core thoughout both the base and sides of the pan to conduct heat quickly and evenly, while the interior and exterior are made from stainless steel which utilises an elegant brushed finish to add to the modern look of your kitchen, and makes cleaning quick and simple. The combined thickness of 3mm provides a perfect balance between durability and weight, making these pots and pans highly resistant to warping or denting.

This versatile 3-ply cookware is compatible with induction hobs, safe on all types of stoves and safe to use in ovens up to 250°c. Due to the aluminum core, stainless steel interior and exterior, these pans offer exceptional heat distribution.

Stainless steel handles complete the pans. They are feature rich, with ergonomically designed grooves and contours that allow you to hold, manouver and serve from the cookware with ease. The handles are riveted to the cookware in order to provide increased strength.
