This is a fiery hot chilli-based blend from North Africa.  This traditional Tunisian blend  (also attributed to Morocco) is used as a table condiment, either dry or mixed to a paste with a little water. This blend is a mixture of organic dried chilli flakes, honed down with organic paprika and given depth with organic caraway, organic cumin and organic mint.
