This is another classic Arabic spice blend redolent with the mysterious aromas of organic allspice , organic cardamom and organic cinnamon powder. It seems to lend itself to almost everything and is really great rubbed in chicken breast or over fish;

Warm, sweet and so deliciously and sensuously exotic.  Use as a dry marinade for red meats, especially lamb or mutton, or for extra complexity of flavour on chicken.
