This is a blend of sweet spices for flavouring cakes, biscuits, sweet pies, pastries and reminds us of Christmas - from Christmas cake through to Christmas pudding and those wonderful warm smells of mince pies and mulled wine mixed in with the aroma of cinnamon , nutmeg , ginger and the great camphor-like flavours of cloves .
