This 50-card deck is designed to help you practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) tapping daily.
Each card has a different emotional theme or life situation (stress, money fears, self-worth, relationships, health anxiety, etc.).
The front of the card has a short prompt or question to identify what you're feeling.
The back of the card is a specific tapping script with setup statement with reminder phrases tailored to that topic.
How to use them:
Draw one card each morning (or whenever you need).
Read the prompt aloud, notice what emotions/memories come up.
Follow the tapping script: tap on the 9 EFT points while saying the phrases.
Takes 5–10 minutes.
You may also like to journal after to help process insights.
The goal is to build a consistent tapping habit to help lower stress and to shift limiting beliefs gradually.
Very beginner-friendly.
