How is this exceptional powdered milk made?
Fresh organic milk  is pasteurized to remove bacteria and extend shelf life. The milk is then pumped into a vacuum chamber where it is concentrated under reduced pressure. This process removes water and produces a thick to creamy consistency. This is followed by jet drying, where the milk is gently sprayed onto the hot air. This removes the residual moisture from the milk and produces a high quality powdered milk, full of flavour and nutrients.

High full‑fat protein content
This milk contains 25 % high quality animal protein. The complete content of essential amino acids makes the protein perfectly absorbable. It ranks just below the top of the amino acid spectrum, together with beef for example. Protein is important for supporting muscle growth and maintenance, regeneration and cell building and overall wellbeing.

Important vitamins and minerals
It also contains important micronutrients such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium, which support bone strength and health, the nervous system and heart function. Vitamins A, D, E, K and B vitamins are important for a variety of processes in the human body including supporting energy metabolism, removing oxidative stress or collagen formation.
